The Ti-Cer doped quartz glass RQ 350 is a UV-radiation-absorbing quartz glass. Transmission of RQ 350 closes at 280 . 320 nm, comparable to GE 254
Main applications of RQ 350 are:
.Lamps with a reduced UV-radiation (e.g. car lamps)
.Sleeves for halogen lamps
The following applies for the OH-contents of RQ 350:
.RQ 350 . unbaked (app. 90 . 120 ppm)
.RQ 350 V4 . vacuum-baked (≤5ppm)
